Junior Commercial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm based in Triesen and we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent architecture graduate or someone with limited experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers on commercial projects
- Assist with creating design proposals, presentations, and construction documents
- Conduct research on materials, products, and building codes
- Attend client meetings and contribute ideas to project discussions
- Visit project sites for measurements and to ensure design intent is being executed correctly
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of commercial building design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience using BIM software such as ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
