Position: Industrial Alpinist

Salary: $1000 per month (with opportunity for increase based on experience and performance)

Location: Os, Norway (accommodation provided)

Job Overview:
As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing rope access work at various heights and locations. This includes inspecting and maintaining structures, installing equipment, and completing other tasks as required by our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access work at various heights using specialized equipment
- Inspect and maintain structures such as buildings, bridges, towers, and wind turbines
- Install equipment such as antennas, satellite dishes, lights, and signage
- Complete tasks assigned by clients while adhering to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or related field
- Valid certification from an accredited training institution in rope access techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Proficiency in using specialized equipment such as harnesses, ropes, descenders, ascenders, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills preferred)
- Ability to travel for short-term projects within Norway if required
