Moderator - Indian Nationals Only


We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Vianden. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online content and interactions within our community platform. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it complies with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Engage with users to foster a positive and supportive community environment
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them appropriately
- Collaborate with other moderators to improve community engagement strategies

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance.
