Architectural Designer - Las Vegas


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and plans for various construction projects, while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop project proposals
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design ideas
- Prepare 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Provide technical support during construction phases to resolve any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Salary: $1500 per month
