Head Baker

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in a bustling bakery located in the heart of the US. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, from creating and perfecting new recipes to managing inventory and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with exceptional baking skills and knowledge of different baking techniques. Responsibilities:
- Develop and perfect new recipes for our bakery products
- Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are always well-stocked
- Supervise and train junior bakers on various baking techniques
- Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to create seasonal menus and promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques, including bread making, pastry, and cake decorating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1500 per month.
