We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with any technical issues they may encounter
- Recommending appropriate solutions to meet customers' needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Monitoring online reviews and addressing any complaints or negative feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies for improving the customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
