Indian Merchandiser in Doha, Qatar


A leading retail company in Doha is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Indian Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the product selection, placement, and presentation in our stores. Your goal will be to maximize sales and profitability by ensuring that our merchandise is visually appealing and meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Work closely with the buying team to select and purchase the right products.
- Plan and execute product displays according to seasonal trends, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure availability of products.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and promotional opportunities.
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and best practices.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus.

Salary: 1600$ per month
