Administrative Assistant in Gujrat, India
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gujrat, India. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and packages
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Maintain office supplies by ordering new ones when necessary
- Prepare and submit expense reports on a timely basis
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Keep track of important deadlines and follow up on pending projects
- Provide general administrative support to all staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
