Junior Plasterer

We are in search of a Junior Plasterer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Junior Plasterer, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and learn the skills necessary for a successful career in plastering.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster and cleaning the area
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials using hand or power tools
- Smooth and level surface using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Create decorative textures and patterns as needed
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but some knowledge of basic plastering techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends if necessary.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and take direction.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Salary may increase based on performance and experience.
