Part-Time Teamlead in La-Condamine

We are seeking a highly-motivated and organized Teamlead to join our team in La-Condamine on a part-time basis. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project delivery
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates on progress to upper management
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide training when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is an asset)
