Rental Coordinator


We are a thriving rental company in Zagreb and we are seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers looking to gain experience in the rental industry.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about available rentals
- Coordinating rental reservations and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles or equipment
- Conducting thorough inspections of rental items before and after each use
- Maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and customer information
- Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the rental process
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using rental management software is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or the rental industry is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Zagreb, Croatia. However, we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Croatia.

Visa and Ticket:
We provide free visa sponsorship for eligible candidates as well as a one-time ticket reimbursement upon successful completion of probationary period.

Accommodation:
As this is an entry-level position, we do not provide accommodation. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options for those relocating to Zagreb.
