We are seeking a highly skilled Fitter to join our dynamic team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical systems, performing maintenance and repairs on equipment, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of mechanical systems
- Assemble and install machinery and equipment according to plans and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise
- Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, shape, and finish parts as needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given deadlines
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional training or certification in mechanics or related field is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates.
