Part-Time Construction Manager

As a part-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Muharraq. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires experience in the construction industry and the ability to work independently. Accommodation, free visa, and tickets will be provided for non-local candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field of construction management while maintaining a flexible schedule. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project progress
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project costs and make adjustments as needed
- Review project progress against established milestones
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work part-time hours based on project needs

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
