Merchandising Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of product merchandising, ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and strategic manner to drive sales. This position is open to Indian nationals with strong English communication skills, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute product assortment strategies
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product placement and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Plan and implement visual merchandising displays that align with brand aesthetic
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to management
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product placement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail buying role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for store visits as needed
Salary: 1300$
