Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Karachi. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Prior experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn and adapt quickly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide recommendations on food and drinks
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any complaints or issues with professionalism
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain clean tables and work area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
