Senior Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Vianden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team. As the leader of our architectural department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from conceptualization to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Oversee all stages of project development, including planning, design, and construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project goals are met
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, techniques, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Vianden. This position is suitable for men who meet the requirements.
