We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans for various building projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor and supervise junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with demonstrated success in project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
