Technical Support Specialist


We are currently hiring a Technical Support Specialist for our rapidly growing technology company based in Os, with the added bonus of a free visa and ticket for the right candidate. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued use of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
- Guide customers through solutions, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in product functionality and user experience.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends or evenings if needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are an asset.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus benefits. The exact salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Os but may require occasional travel within the country if needed.
