Insurance Claims Adjuster


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of coverage and liability for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures. This position is suitable for both men and women, with or without prior experience in the insurance industry. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates from Pakistan or other African countries. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims, gather evidence and documentation, and determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim process
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each claim
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in insurance claims adjusting is an asset but not required
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
