Part-Time Commercial Architect in Sheduva

We are in need of a qualified and experienced Commercial Architect to work part-time in our company located in Sheduva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels.

Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the commercial building project
- Develop initial designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer software or by hand
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Work closely with contractors and other professionals involved in the project

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for international candidates. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
