Freelance Moderator

As a freelance moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities to ensure a positive and safe environment for users. You will work remotely from your own location, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies
- Respond to user reports and inquiries in a timely manner
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner to address any issues or conflicts
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or in customer service in an online setting
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audience dynamics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Alta (or remote)
