Surveyor - Land and Property

As a Surveyor for land and property in Acre, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine boundaries, ownership, and topographical features. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection and analysis. Your role will also involve creating detailed reports and maps, as well as providing expert advice on land use and development projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in land and property surveying
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land use and development
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and structures using appropriate tools
- Analyze data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries and characteristics
- Prepare detailed reports with accurate measurements, diagrams, maps, etc.
- Provide expert advice on land use planning projects
- Collaborate with other professionals (architects, engineers) to ensure accurate data collection
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements

Salary:
Salary for this position is $900 per month.
