Logistics Coordinator - Sharjah, UAE (Pakistani Nationals)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents and customs clearance procedures.
- Communicate with carriers and negotiate rates for transportation services.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
