Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the office calendar
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assisting with data entry, invoicing, and other basic accounting tasks
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Supporting other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Business Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
Compensation:
This position offers a monthly salary of 1600$ without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for all nationalities.
