Technical Support Specialist
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
Salary: $1500/month
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients and customers. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide guidance and training to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Provide training and support to users on new technology and software updates
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working with remote teams or providing virtual support
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Familiarity with help desk software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
