Our bakery in Atlanta is seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and appearance
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate cakes and other pastries with skill and creativity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new recipe ideas

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker or pastry chef preferred
- Proficient in traditional Nepali baking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
