Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care while adhering to all nursing standards and regulations. Your main duties will include assessing patients' health, implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members
- Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care and treatment
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
- Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist in emergency situations as needed

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Location:
This position is located in Akron, Ohio.

Salary:
$1600 per month
