Guest Services Concierge

As a Guest Services Concierge in our luxury hotel located in Mombasa, Kenya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all of our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail as you will be the first point of contact for our guests. We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in English and can provide assistance to both local and international visitors. This position is ideal for students or individuals without previous experience, as we are willing to provide training. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
