Architectural Designer (Funchal)


We are currently hiring an Architectural Designer to join our team in Funchal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts and develop detailed plans for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design software to produce accurate and detailed drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees in Funchal.
