Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that promote our products and attract customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal and promotional displays
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate departments
- Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques and visual standards
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display design
- Strong eye for design, color, layout, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and understanding of target audience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
$1700 per month
