Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Sheduva. This is a contract job suitable for men with a biometric passport. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay competitive in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to sales performance
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport (preference for Indian nationality)
- Experience working in a contract job setting is preferred
