Preservation Architect - Balzers, Nepal



We are a leading architectural firm specializing in historic preservation and restoration projects. We are currently seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team in Balzers, Nepal.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for planning and executing preservation projects for historic buildings and structures. This will include conducting site visits and assessments, developing preservation plans, and overseeing the restoration process. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture with a focus on historic preservation. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques is required. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with clients and stakeholders.

This position is open to Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. While prior experience in preservation architecture is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates or those with some related experience. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
