We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, controlling, and maintaining various types of machines used in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment and maintain high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Inspect machinery for any malfunctions or damages and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor production output and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of machine controls, tools, and materials used in the production process.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. This role does not include accommodation, so we prefer candidates already residing in Bergen or willing to relocate at their own expense.
