As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and oversee the design process from concept to construction
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction standards
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with accommodation provided
- Possession of a biometric passport is preferred
