Office Assistant
We are a dynamic and growing company in Jerusalem looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
This position is open to candidates of any nationality who have their own visa that allows them to work in Israel.
