Architecture Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring that all designs meet the necessary standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure they are adhered to
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with innovative design solutions
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet all safety and building codes
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in the United States.
