Personal Trainer - Funchal, Portugal

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients reach their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, limitations, and needs.
- Design personalized workout plans based on clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition to help clients achieve results.
- Monitor progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Ensure the safety of all clients by properly instructing them on equipment usage and maintaining a clean workout environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer.
- Certified personal trainer through a recognized organization.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create personalized workout plans for multiple clients.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations such as seniors, athletes, or individuals with special needs.
- CPR/AED certification.
