Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities for our hotel in the US. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the hotel
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
