The Hotel Sales Manager is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for leading and managing the sales team of our luxury hotel in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates, while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners.

To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within a luxury hotel setting. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively lead and motivate the sales team.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, as well as free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements.
