We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medina. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff. Your role will involve managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, handling customer complaints, and implementing strategies to increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance to ensure exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss any updates or issues related to the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina (candidates must already have the right to work in Medina)
