We are currently seeking a Reference Librarian to join our team at a public library in Albena, Egypt. As a Reference Librarian, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with finding and accessing information, both physically and digitally. You will also be expected to provide guidance on research methods and assist with reference inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all library patrons
- Assist with reference inquiries and research requests
- Help patrons navigate the library's online catalog and databases
- Assist with collection development by recommending new materials for purchase
- Plan and implement programs or events related to reference services or information literacy
- Train other staff members on reference resources and services
- Create instructional materials for patrons on how to use library resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of reference resources and research methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies as they become available in the library setting

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The schedule may include evenings and weekends based on the needs of the library. The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
