We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Gujrat. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in various industries.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business requirements.
- Clean, organize, and preprocess large datasets for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights and identify patterns.
- Build predictive models using machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Test and evaluate the performance of models on different datasets.
- Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, etc.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
