Entry-Level Information Security Analyst in Braga (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security risks, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security measures to protect our company's systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and investigate any potential threats
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
- Develop disaster recovery plans and perform regular data backups
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the overall security of our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of information security best practices
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
