Land Surveyor
As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping the physical features of a specific piece of land. You will use a variety of tools, including GPS systems and traditional surveying equipment, to record precise measurements and create detailed maps. Your main duties will include conducting field surveys, analyzing data, creating reports, and working closely with engineers and architects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Record accurate measurements of land features such as elevations, boundaries, and structures
- Create detailed maps using specialized software
- Analyze data from surveys to identify and solve potential issues
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate planning and construction
- Perform quality checks on survey results to ensure accuracy
- Maintain records of all survey data for future reference
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys in potentially hazardous environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a land surveyor or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Excellent math skills for calculating precise measurements
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Ashdod
Note: This job is open to all nationalities but fluency in English is preferred. Part-time options may be available based on experience level. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
