Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Eschen. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing training to users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems, software, and peripherals
- Train users on how to effectively use computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein (open to all nationalities)

Working Hours: Part time (20 hours per week)
