Claims Adjuster - Split, Egypt

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and provide fair settlements to clients. You will work closely with policyholders, witnesses, and other professionals to gather information and make informed decisions. Your duties may include conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analyzing data, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. This full-time position in Split offers a salary of 1200$ per month with visa sponsorship. English is not required for this role. Accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from policyholders, witnesses, and other professionals
- Analyze data such as medical reports and repair estimates to determine coverage
- Review policy contracts to confirm coverage details
- Conduct interviews with relevant parties to gather information
- Document all findings and decisions in a detailed report
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Keep up-to-date on insurance laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance claims adjusting (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on available information
- Familiarity with insurance laws and regulations (preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred)
