Hotel Sales Manager - Eldoret, Kenya
Our hotel in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients and promoting our hotel services and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market trends and competition.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation, free visa, ticket allowance, medical insurance, and other benefits. This position is suitable for male candidates who are willing to relocate to Eldoret.
