We are in search of a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will work closely with our technicians and mechanics to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in body repair work
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for body repair, such as welding machines, sanders, and paint guns
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the extent of damage on vehicles and providing accurate estimates for repairs
- Removing damaged parts and panels from vehicles using appropriate tools
- Straightening bent frames and panels using specialized equipment
- Replacing or repairing damaged body parts such as doors, fenders, roofs, etc.
- Filling dents and scratches with plastic or putty before sanding them smooth
- Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking off areas not to be painted
- Applying paint coats evenly using spray guns or brushes according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspecting finished repairs to ensure they meet quality standards
- Communicating with customers regarding repair updates and additional services needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
