Our hotel in Malindi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals and does not require English proficiency. We welcome applications from individuals without prior experience in sales, as long as they possess the necessary skills and are willing to learn.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This includes identifying potential markets, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month and is open to both men and women.
