Facade Designer

As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs that not only meet the functional requirements of a building but also enhance its overall appearance. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to understand their vision and translate it into unique facade designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information on building requirements and constraints
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop facade design concepts
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed drawings and 3D models of facade designs
- Prepare material specifications and cost estimates for proposed designs
- Attend meetings with clients to present design proposals and gather feedback
- Oversee the implementation of approved designs during the construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in facade design or architectural drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles
- Creativity and attention to detail when developing new designs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients

Salary:
